I suppose it could be the knob physically going bad (or being dirty) but I'd more guess a settings issue. Try this: 1 - save your multisetup to an unused location (just so you can get back to it) 2 - restore the factory multisetup (#63?) 3 - play some of the built-in sounds (i.e. not in the USER bank) Let us know how that goes. If it's fine, it's a settings issue which we can further troubleshoot. If it's not, well, we can troubleshoot that too! -Aaron ----- Original Message ---- From: khzspeed <khzspeed@...> To: xl7@yahoogroups.com Sent: Thursday, July 2, 2009 3:24:28 PM Subject: [xl7] XL7 main-out's going dead??? I'm having an issue with my Emu-XL7's Main Audio outputs, Including the headphone jack. It seems that now- to get any sound at all out of this Kit, I need to crank the volume knob to Full-Maximum, for any sound. Remind you- It was not like this when i bought it. any advice on this, would be much appreciated. :D
