Try this: On a track that you are sending to external gear, go into pattern edit, and then enter the EVENT editor. You can insert program change events that should go to whatever port/channel you have assigned. The screen looks something like this: T01 EVENT <-> 001.01.001 C01 prog:0 m:0 l:0 Remember, at the CHANNEL ASSIGN screen, you can choose MultiA or MultiB (or a single cahnnel/port). Hopefully that will work for you. --Steve --- In xl7@yahoogroups.com, "joeyjoejoemagee" <joeyjoejoemagee@...> wrote: > > I've come pretty far with my midi rig, I'm using a MP-7 to control a handful of outboard synths and effects. I know it can be done, just don't know how to control it. > > Anyone have any tips on using the MP-7 live? > Thanks, > Its cool to see so many other emu users around! >
