Hi, All things being un equal I agree with the above. That being the closest to a realistic guitar tone is on the Proteus 2000 Of the emu collection. Realistic is a slippery slope. The character of the instrument is defined to a certain degree by the performance techinque or multiplicity of the techniques in concert. This is also coupled by brand and type. EG: I've had several strats and tele's as well as an assortment of single coil guitars. The single coil sound on the proteus 2000 is the closest you will get however it is a far cry from any single coil in my current or previous collections of guitars with single coils.
