Emu XL-7 & MP-7 User's Group

Hello. Last night I noticed that my MP-7 was not saving patch changes with
my Multi Setups, and when saved setups were restored, was reverting back to
the presets that the patches were created from. Am I missing something here?


Also, sometimes when I record a new sequence the patch will "obtain" some
new CC messages that are present even when I switch voices within the track.
To be rid of them, I have to erase them by hand, which is a pain. Does
anyone know how they get there or how to stop it from happening?
Furthermore, once a sequence has been saved it will play back as expected
for a while, but sometimes adopts a strange filter anomoly in the voice.
Then, if I restore the setup again, everything returns to normal. Weird..
