I don't really have the time to help with the programming, but I'll be
around to answer any tough questions!  Besides, if I had extra time,
you'd want me to be writing 3.0 anyway...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
