Well, I personally use MOTU Unisyn - it hasn't been updated for a
while but the Command Station profile works ok, at least with the
MP-7 and XL-7. There is no profile for the PX-7 - fortunately for me
I have both the MP-7 and XL-7 ROMs in my PX-7, so Unisyn recognizes
the PX as an XL-7.

I'm not sure about Midiquest, but Unisyn only has editor/librarian
facilities for the patches and the arpeggios, not the patterns. To do
pattern dumps I still boot my G4 back into Mac OS 9 - I've been
trying to get the USB to work with Virtual PC and Windows XP, but it
seems twitchy and won't recognize the port properly. Grr!

For patch editing and arpeggio editing, though, Unisyn is ace. It
also integrates very nicely with MOTU Digital Performer
(automagically updated patch lists, etc.)
