No, it's a user preset.  All the user presets are initialized with
duplicate copies of the factory presets (available by scrolling to the
'DRUM' presets in your case).

Download them from the files section or from the original CD that came
with your unit.  They are not stored on the ROM.  Careful though,
you'll want to alter their default location in eLoader so as not to
overwrite your PX-7 patterns.

Huh?  Are you talking about instruments (second page in the preset edit
menu)?  If you can see them, you can use them.  If you're not hearing
an instrument you've selected, it's possible you have a synth parameter
mis-set (like key range or vol).  Try using the blank template as a
starting ground (preset "127.3").

Really the only factory data that you can't easily get back are the
patterns and songs.  To restore those, you have to use eLoader and have
the original CD (or files section in this group).
