According to the specs on the ##-7 Command Stations, they have the same engine as the P2K with the inclusion of the sequencer and that the 2500 has a processor that's 3 times faster than the P2K which can be taken many ways. I'm happy with my expanded P2K but many could take the marketing campaign as a slam.
