I hope this is NOT the clone of the Micro Sync by Behringer.
At the first look, it's like crap (like many Behringer DJ-stuff).

I hope they made a decent clone of the sync device and put it for 
once in a metal casing in place of a plastic one... I really hate 
that poor building quality on some Behringer things.
