Can I add:

- The ability to set the Trigger buttons up to transmit continuous
controller messages.

These features would be nice:

- Snap mode for the knobs. Not only in Quick Edit, but Volume and Pan too
(especially Volume please!).
- The ability to Select more than one track for Erase, Copy, Cut, and
Paste commands. Even if it's only all of them, maybe in the field where
you select the track, you could choose the letter "A" to indicated all
tracks.
- The ability to XMIX more than one track at once (no idea how to
implement this).
- Some way to see the name of currently playing Pattern without stopping
playback. Currently you can only see the current location, but not it's
name.
- A way to see if Presets are currently being used in a Pattern.
- Finer tempo resolution!!!!! :)
- Press and HOLD the power button for power off, not just 1 press and wait
5 seconds.
- More Sysex dump options. I'd like to see an "ALL" function that sends
everything in the machine in one pass (regardless of how long this takes),
good for those people on Macs that want to save their User data but can't
use E-Loader, for obvious reasons. Also, an "ALL User Presets" would be
nice too, much easier than having to wait and switch banks when you're
trying to save your Presets. Finally, an "All User Multi's" too.
- Realtime preview of Transpose, Quantize, etc.
- All Pattern Edit functions should work without stopping the sequencer
(hey, it is a wish list!).
- A way to copy arp data to a track as MIDI notes.
- The option to turn real-time Filter Resonance on or off. I for one,
thought it sounded fine and would like to see this re-added to the OS
again.

More Shortcut ideas:

- Edit + Track up/down buttons toggles between the 16A and 16B channels.
For instance, Press EDIT+Track Up would take you to Channel 1B, press them
again and you go to 1A, etc.

- Edit + Save will automatically perform a Revert To Saved (thus acting
sort of like an Undo command).

- Edit + Erase will initialize the current Pattern.

- Edit + Audition will toggle the Arp on or off for the currently selected
Preset on the basic channel.

- When in Loop mode, Pressing Stop + Play should take you to the beginning
of the Loop, not the beginning of the Pattern.

So how about it Aaron? What do we need to do to help you make this
happen? I can't imagine you would be open about telling us you still have
the ability to make OS improvements if you didn't have something in mind.
:) I can guarantee a lot of people would be willing to send some money
your way to make this happen, name your price :)
