You can't do exactly what you're asking with one step, but there are a couple ways to accomplish it. Method A: Copy each track and paste into the new one. Many steps, but since paste merges, it will work. Method B: Use the "combine tracks to clipboard" function to copy the desired tracks. Paste into an empty track.
