So aparrently the new Buchla modules are only for those who own a 200 series? Man what a drag! But talk about nice colors!

No, they're physically and electricaly compatable with the 100,
300, and 500 systems and could likely be controlled from a 400
and a 700 as well, if those have sufficient CV outs (don't
remember off the top of my head). You'd probably have to power
them externally if used with a 400 or 700.

Sounds "just right" to me. Limited-edition items...

The Buchla controls run from +12 and sometimes +24 volt
supplies. That's 24 bipolar. This mean that if you hold the
business end of a patch cord in your hand while standing in a
puddle, you'll do the old sparky.

There is nothing to say you couldn't mount them in a homemade box and attach
a suitable power supply.
They are in such limited supply however that even people with Buchla systems
already may have missed out.

The CV outs on the early modules swing ground to 15volts. On the later
ones it was tamed to 10 volts, but through adding you could still get it
up there.
