I'm reading the same msg, you are, I'm pretty sure that Grant is 
saying that he will fill all existing backlog and sell the remaining 
300-series stock to customers who already own 300-series modules- 
until depletion. I'm sure that if you contact Grant directly he can 
tell you what the likelyhood of getting a blue wbug or borg is.
Keep in mind that wogglebug schematics are published at 
www.musicsynthesizer.com so a DIY wogglebug is possible.

The borg filter is an extremely popular module and a form of it was 
released once before in the first 1200-series form as "the joyrider". 
My opinion is that Grant will not just walk away from a recipe as 
successful as the borg
