Another new bank

Another new bank

2007-08-28 by Michael A. Firman

I uploaded a file called chebyshev.256 These waves smoothly morph within a bank
but should be driven by a sine wave (not a saw tooth wave) for the best results.
I think the last wave-set (bank) comes from the polynomials that produce a trumpet
sound (I'll have to look it up). Each bank morphs from the input sine wave to the
last wave (which is the one produced via the polynomials) in the bank. Have fun.

simple quesion: how do we get these wavetables from wave256 into
miniwave eproms we can use?

Well you need to buy an EPROM burner or you need to find someone with one.
They can be had, used, on eBay and there are some new inexpensive (relatively) ones that
connect to PCs (usually via parallel ports or, more recently via USB).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
