Just got around to listening to the new files. Very nice to hear some
variations from the 'bug.  Gotta get one of these soon...


"Fear" sounds like a variation of the old "Dark Shadows" theme......Robert
Cobert did some interesting stuff for the series and used lots of Theremin,
from what I remember.

Anybody know if a soundtrack CD is still availagle anywhere?

The original theme for "Fear" predates Dark Shadows by about 10 years.
It's the theme from the TV show One Step Beyond from 1959.  The show was
a little like Twilight Zone, though it had more ghost stories than
fantasy and science fiction.

Uhhh...did you actually watch "One Step Beyond" when it aired in 59? Heh...
I watched Dark Shadows? Damn, I'm getting old!

Well, I do remember reruns in the mid 1960s.  One particular episode
about a ghost tapping on the outside of a submarine gave me the creeps.
