Freeing up MP3 space

Freeing up MP3 space

2002-01-06 by grantrichter2001

Hello Everybody,

I have deleted files in the "Files" section to free up room for new
MP3s from myself and Olivier. Dr. Mabuse please delete
"bugs1.mp3" which will free up another 5 megs of space.

Let's put a voluntary limit of 2 megs on MP3s. The file server
alots the group 20 megs. This would allow 10 x 2 meg MP3. If
you want to keep the MP3s you should download them. Myself
and hopefully others will be using the file area as a transfer
buffer for MP3 files.

The holidays have been a great time artistically. I have actually
begun to PLAY synth again instead of only build them.
Something my soul badly needed. The results have been very
exciting and I hope to be posting MP3s shortly.

We have multiple new Wiard and F/i MP3s which I will be
posting. The F/i track "Satellite Surfer" has some Etherwave
Theremin playing on it.

Happy New Year

Roger wilco!
I deleted all but my smallest Wbug mp3. It slipped my (so-called)
mind that they were still out there. My sincere apologies to all
for hogging the bandwidth.... & looking fwd to what is to come.

PS
If anyone actually still wants to hear those Wbug demo mp3's - pls
email me & I'll send them directly.

Hi Grant!

What would be really nice IMHO is if someone would donate a little
FTP space. Say, 50MB?

Or a web page with an "upload" feature?

Any takers? :)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
