Sorry I missed this, as I have been a huge fan of F/i for over 15 years. Yes, Grant is definitely a master of the EMS Synthi! It's my understanding that Grant doesn't record or perform with Wiard modules, but he can answer that better than I can. Apologies for the self-serving geographically-limited thread-hijacking, but anyone in the SF Bay Area interested in this sort of music may want to check out my new band, Tryptophan, when we play our debut show on friday 12/30 at the Hemlock Tavern (1131 Polk St., between Post & Sutter). In addition to Wiard, I use Alesis Andromeda A6, Hohner Clavinet D6, and the Echoplex that processes the guitar. Extended improvisational jams along the lines of Ash Ra Tempel, Hawkwind, Trad Gras Och Stenar, early (pre-1st LP) Velvet Underground, Rallizes Denudes, etc. Back to your regularly-scheduled Wiardgroup mailing list, Doug
