FPE panels are fine as far as i'm concerned, i've got some of both in my system, tho i understand some MOTMers are more particular... in some instances (VCOs and mixers mostly) i prefer having tick marks, which can get expensive vie FPE, but that's less of an issue w/ things like the noise ring. usually the stoogification is a diy thang, but in your case i thought i needed to buy the panel and send it to you to be assembled... it would eliminate some steps if you got the panels direct--especially if they switch over to stocking panels rather than annual custom orders, which i understand is a possiblity. b
