doc,
you may well be all those things but we still like you................. :^)
actually, the thinking was spawned by gino saying he didn`t want to add a
module - that made me think about the old style wa-wa pedals with switches.
one of my problems is that i *don`t* have a junk box
anymore...........during the dark ages, all my assorted junk was cast aside - :^( - so such
scavanging projects are really tough for me.
and, don`t sneer at my stone real ring modulator - just cause its faceplate
is made with contact paper ala` early serge, it works and meets my primary
criteria - cheap!!!!
(and with your continued goading, i may yet cross the rubicon and enter the
realm of real synth d.i.y.).
best,
dave

you misread me sir! i wasn't sneering at all, a passive RM IS a real DIY project. i was alluding to how quickly the bug gets under ones's skin..........

once the lead fumes have corrupted your nose hairs, you'll never throw another broken VCR away.......ever.
(sorry mrs. Dave....)

the list will now observe a moment of zero-activity in memory of all junk boxes discarded

-doc
(those lost junk boxes always kinda choke me up)
