Prototype Faceplates

Prototype Faceplates

2001-09-27 by grantrichter2001@yahoo.com

I uploaded faceplates for 5 modules that have been prototyped
and tested.

Note that there are no plans to put them into production, they are
just for discussion.

For example, the Utility Module competes with the Mooger
Fooger product, but is much more expensive. So after Bob
released his, the GR-311 became moot.

The Music Computer would require expensive software
development and end up costing $2000. No one would buy it at
that price.

And so forth, each one was built and tested, then the market or
some other factor changed and they had to be shelved. There
are other designs too, but those didn't get as far as having a
faceplate designed.

Since they cost so much time and money, I thought I would throw
them up there in case even a good idea can come out of it.

You tease us with tasty candy, and as soon as we start licking our lips you
yank it away!!!

wooohoooooo

have you seen this comb filter....?!?

I would definitely buy this thing if it sounds as good as the specs
are...jesus christ...

do you imagine what could be done with this?

so, if there is a little possibility to rethink NOT to build this
module, please rethink....

thanks
