I don't know much about Robert Rich but Gino Robair has been doing some great modular articles of late. Maybe he should have been given the Wiard to review as he has extensive knowledge of Serge. Reviews are very subjective, unfortunately they often carry so much weight that they can seriously effect your sales. >
