I believe that Rex moved to Wisconsin not Minnesota. (I know... all those midwestern states look alike!) As I hear it, Rex lives near Milwaukee which is Wiard world headquarters and he has been seen exploiting M'waukee's sumptuous nightlife in Mr. Richters Company.
