EASY!!!!!
shoot! even salvaged PC cooling fan motors will go that fast! Just
boost the amperage to get the extra torqure required .... uh ... and
it'd probably be a good idea to have some WD40 on hand for the joystick...
(oh) and uh,,,, probably best to keep your fingers clear when you're
running it at those RPM
