hi frank, as far as i know, the "control range" is just an attenuator for the "control in" jack, so for example, if your envelope generator doesn't have an attenuator on it's output, you can use the "control range" knob as an "env to filter cutoff amount" knob, or with an audio input as an "fm amount" controller etc. again, as far as i know, the "key in" jack tracks the filter at v/oct so you can use it to accurately track keyboard or sequencer voltages. i've never really been one for patch diagrams, as everyone's setups are different, and it's good to experiment! hope that helps! please correct me if i'm wrong! btw, do i have to move both the jumpers to the top position to get all the poles at the same phase, or just one, and if just one, then which? gregg. --- In wiardgroup@yahoogroups.com, "fhserge" <Frank.Hettlich@g...> wrote: > Now I am searching for infos for the Boogie like a manual explaining > e. g. the CONTROL RANGE knob and example patch sheets but cannot find > them. > Frank
