Hello All, I was recently stunned to find out that the Wiard e-mail forwarding system has been broken since, apparently, June 4th of this year. The e-mail boxes sales@wiard.com and grichter@wiard.com have not been forwarding mail since that time. This was a problem caused by the hosting service. The sales@waird.com address was set up a a convienence to customers so the address would be easy to remember. It forwards to the grichter@asapnet.net address but does not store any e-mail. So any e-mails sent to that address since June 4th have not been delivered and are lost. I want to assure everyone that no one has ever been deliberately ignored. It seems like I have taken the reliability of e-mail for granted. I did not know that e-mail boxes could be "broken" so easily. I am taking the following steps to improve my response to e-mail. I will be testing the forwarding links weekly to insure this problem does not occur again. I have unsubscribed to the synth-DIY mailing list. The large volume of e-mails obscures customer e-mails. The grichter@execpc.com mailbox will be closed permanently. I recieve 15-20 spam e-mails at that box which also obscure customer inquiries. Please use the grichter@asapnet.net mailbox from now on. I deeply apologize to anyone who may feel "snubbed" by lack of a response to e-mails sent to the wiard.com addresses. This was certainly not deliberate, and as I say, I did not even know it could happen. If you have sent any mail to the wiard.com address, please send it again and I assure you of a timely response. Best Regards, Grant Richter
