Ensoniq EPS no display, all LEDs on

OK so my EPS used to work great, until I powered it up today after a few month and found this problem. The display is totally off, all LEDs under the display are ON (red and yellow). The floppy seems to read the OS if I place a diskette in, and I think the firmware works, because once the diskette finishes loading, if I click SAMPLE the drive will respond for a second (looking for diskette to write on?)
I have already hard-wired all connectors between the power supply and the boards, and the main board and panel board. Re-seated all ICs and cables... Power supply had all caps replaced, and all voltages seems correct. I have also flew some solder over all solder joints in the power supply. No help.
Any suggestions ?
