KORG NS5R - l.e.d backlight source

Hi, I have for repair an NS5R module with
a faulty backlight.
Backlight is of 2 colour multi l.e.d.s type, red &
green.
Anyone know of a source where I could get one of these
backlights please?
L.e.d.s are sm type on a thin board.
