Yamaha D1030 firmware bin file needed

Hi, Does anyone have a copy of the bin file for the Yamaha D1030 Digital Delay Line Active Crossover? I have one here to work on and the eprom is hosed. I think it was V1.5 before they zapped the eprom. The part number is XG963F0. Now I can't get a decent checksum from the 27C256 eprom it changes everytime I read it. Thanks, Fran
