Vintage Synth Repair

Hello from San Antonio TX!  I have really been enjoying this group, 
thank you to all participators. 

I recently bought a Prophet VS on eBay.  My problem is that on 
different programs, one or two keys do not work in different areas 
across the keyboard.  I am guessing one of the voices is out.  I tried 
calling Winecountry and they will not allow me to talk to a tech to 
order the part.  They want me to send the board in for repair and pay 
everything up front.  I would be happy to if funds were not a problem.
