Backlight Inverter NICHIA NI03-05-5

Hello everyone! This is my first post here and was hoping to impose on for some help Anyone know where I can source a NICHIA Inverter, Model NI03-05-5? I am trying to repair the backlight on a Roland D-70, and after my replacing the Backlight display, tested that the inverter is faulty as well. Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Greg :-)
