Its temporary closed because of illness but you might have a chance contacting Senzo next week again.
Lots of Roland tact switches work in several different models, so if there arent dedicated D-5 tact switches available, that doesnt mean others wont work.
I replaced all tact switches in Yammy DX7mkII FD, Roland D550 and Oberheim XK and all were basicly Omron tactile switches and worked w/ the original switch-caps.
Theres a great chance D-5 switches are the same than in D10, D20, D110 or even D50/550 models.

I did a D5 recently. Roland US has no replacement buttons. The real issue is the switches under the button, called tac switches, short for tactile. They are available from Roland or other sources. When they fail to make good contact, pressing harder makes them work, but damages the plastic hing buttons. I would recommend that you replace them all, they cost 25 cents each or less. Try Roland in Europe, as sometimes they have things not available here.

Subject: [vintagesynthrepair] Roland D-5 Issues
Hi,
I recently bought a Roland D-5 for $80. It has issues. I have to hold down the patch buttons, for a few seconds, for the patch to kick in. Also one button just caved in on me. I have a brother in law who is an electronics tech. Can we open this thing up and replace the patch buttons? Can we rig them?
