Wow, almost one year and I still haven't fixed the MicroMoog. I gave up and ordered a 1468L chip from Hong Kong that I found on ebay. I will replace that and hopefully it will work. Otherwise, I will rewire with 3 terminal voltage regulators. Gotta get this working.
