I just bought an Eminent Solina String Ensemble from Europe. This gear works on 220V/50Hz and I live in Canada. Can I use any step up transformer regardless of the 60Hz frequency in Canada? Usually converters and transformers don't convert frequency... So it means that this gear will run on a faster cycle, isn't? or may be it is converted to DC so it doesn't matter...? According to the Arp Solina Service manual, there is a way to relocate a wire to appropriate voltage. Can I do the same for an Eminent? Thanks Christian
