Priority international does NOT have any such tracking, I am not sure  
where you got this but it's not true...in my neck of the woods anyway.
I have found that USPS Global priority is the only real form of  
shipping that the USPS offers with REAL tracking and insurance.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
