Vintage Synth Repair

Hi,it's impossible to make uncorrect power conection,'caus 4 pin don't allows uncorrect position
all 3 pots make voltage change on it's output from 0 to +5V
The thing I don't understand is that slider of Prtamento pot in OFF position is turned off from all chain,but portamento changes by this pot
