Hello:I deal with Technics occassionally to get service manuals,I know what you mean about not too good,They will however usually make a copy of the manual you need and send it at a reasonable price,it's just a matter of getting the person who answers the phone to cooperate with you,if they start by asking you questions about yourself be firm and ask for their supervisor,you might be talking to a person in India or someplace and will have to call back at a different time to get through to the actual service Dept,The actual service Dept is pretty cooperative.Here is the Contact information for them,I usually start by calling the Consumer Accessories number first.P.S. if you need parts they probably won't have them but they will give you a part number so you can Google it and maybe find it elsewhere.
