You should have the Rev. 2 boards. Honestly, the total cost of buying every single IC, transistor, diode, capacitor and resistor on the board would be about equal to 1 hour's labour cost for an electronics tech. If you've got any facility with a soldering iron and can read a schematic, get the schematics, heat up the iron and fix it yourself. (Kevin Lightner just went ballistic! :) ) Test it by listening to the output of the ring modulator alone, which is hardwired to include the output of both VCOs. If the ring mod works, then the oscillator is putting out audio but it's not getting into the mixer, which narrows down your problem -- the most likely culprit then is a bad connection to the C board, which includes the mixer. If the ring mod doesn't seem to work, you may have a problem further upstream on the B board. If none of the above makes sense to you, download a copy of the tech manual from www.arpodyssey.com, print it out and take it and your Ody to any reasonably competent electronic tech. It's unlikely to be anything really major, because, like I said, all of the components are really basic and quite easy to get at (except the sealed filter). Good luck.
