Re: Moog 1150 Ribbon Controller 8pin Jones Connector

2004-05-13 by gerryrdahl

Hi John,
Here is the Cable info....

8 pin connector..

Pin 1 +12v/+15v

Pin 2 Ground

Pin 3 -12v/-15v

Pin 4 S-Trig

Pin 5 Ground

Pin 6 V Trig

Pin 7 Aux voltage out (Slider on 1150)

Pin 8 Pitch voltage out (ribbon on 1150)

8 pin to 6 pin conversion is pin for pin
however the 6 pin connector does not use pins 4 or 5.

8p = 8 pin connector
6P = 6 pin connector

8p-pin 1 = 6P-pin 1
8p-pin 2 = 6P-pin 2
8p-pin 3 = 6P-pin 3
8p-pin 6 = 6P-pin 6

6P-pin 4 = NC
6P-pin 5 = NC

Hope this helps, and Enjoy the 1150, It Is AWESOME!!!!!

GD
