Sequential circuits samplers

So i boot up my 2002 and it works perfect but around the 90 minute 
mark or so the light on Save button starts flashing on and off and the 
display keeps changing...this is all happening with no MIDI signal 
being transmitted...however I can play the sample in memory fine but 
my ability to edit from the switches and dials  is gone because the 
display and buttons keep chnaging and won't hold my selection...does 
anyone have any ideas? 

I'm gussing a chip is warming up and going south ....but has anyone 
else had this occur and got it fixed??
