Just did the ol' Battery replacement, it now sounds different

Hi there, Just took the dive today and replaced an old corroded battery. The leakage stayed on the battery and there was nothing on the main board that was touched. After I replaced the battery and diode, the synth just doesn't sound the same (along with patches still not able to save) The oscillators are out of focus even when I set the settings to calibration settings (everything zerod except sustain and cuttoff) Especially in the higher octaves. I am by no stretch a professional when it comes to this stuff. Any advice for a polysix newbie? thanks in advance
