it's one oscillator per voice for the polysix. each voice has it's own vco and vcf, although they all share a common fx unit. you can stack them to get thicker sounds (unison mode all 6 voices stack, each slightly detuned, or chord mode)
No, you do not have individual control on the various voices. The knobs you twist affect all 6 voices (hopefully) the same.
