Also, I uploaded instructions on how to adjust the antilog circuit.
Even if you don't like my method, you can still use the information
there to check the operation of that circuit. It should convert a
linear voltage coming from the DAC to one where the voltage for
each octave doubles. If that circuit is not working properly, the
oscillators won't tune.
