I'm pretty sure this is the kit I installed into my machine. Here's all the information I have for the P6 and that kit. Good luck. The file called Polysix_M_Schematic is probably your best starting point to figuring out what you need to do.

According to these the big IC sockets (DIL40) are for the CPUs of the
KLM-366 and KLM-367 board and flat cables which connect to KLM-366,
KLM-367. Additionally there is a smaller IC socket (DIL14 or DIL16)
which accepts a flat cable connecting the MIDI jack I/O module at the
rear panel.
