I asked Analogue Renaissance about making replacement KLM-367 boards 
and this was his response....(he is the guy who designed and markets 
the replacement voice chips for the Juno-106)......

Hi, I looked at the schematics for this board. Problem is that it 
alsocontains a cpu with mask rom.This mask rom contains the software 
it runs and this can not be copied.In short: these boards can not be 
made anymore (unless someone can getthe software from korg) kind
