I communicated with him last week about the board.  He said he would have to
look around to see if he still had one laying around.  I have yet to hear
back - and I don't want to pester.  I'm guessing he doesn't have any.  I
have resolved, though, to have the board fab'd myself.  I'm hoping the
hi-res gifs that Crow has on his site will suffice to get some boards made.
Does anybody know if that's possible?  The gif can be found here:
