I know it's off topic, but i also know there are some experienced people here. I have joined a Hammond 'support' forum. I know this model (L-100)is not the most desireable one, but it's in fabulous living room shape. I will enjoy getting it rock ready. If you have wisdom, i am thankful.

Frame it an angle iron and you can throw it around the stage like Keith Emerson! Congratulations John. I thought the Ls were good sellers. Any special plans for it? John

Congrats. It's a great organ. I had one but after purchasing a T-500 and later an E-100, something had to go. If you want to get it rocking, then buld an effects loop into the signal line. This can be done between percussion amp and output amp, or somewhere near the volume pedal. Then insert a Vox Big Ben overdrive, which is a very transparent and inexpensive valve driven stomp box. This will give you instant valve overdrive on your organ. Best Frank M400 #160

...or you can put a Neo Ventilator on it and have overdrive and a great Leslie for $500 US......... I bought one for $40 and it's a great little organ and you know what? It sounds like a Hammond!
