The Mellotron Group

Welcome John! Surely you WILL fit into this group... I suspect there are more than one who'd like to hear some lascivious tales about being beaten into submission by an English instructor! (Not saying I'm one of them, mind you, but I've noticed this to be a properly twisted little group.)

And congrats on being the properly-proud recipient of one of Frank's beautifully ressurected works of Mellotronic art!

Also worth noting: Friday would have been George Harrison's 68th B-day. Died under 10 years ago, Nov. 29, 2001. Seems so long ago, just like it was yesterday. Rarely noted, but George was also a frequent Mellotron user. Listen to "I Me, Me, Mine..." it's got lots of 3-Violins, as do many other George (and Beatle) songs. "Strawberry Fields" is obviously the best known, but there are a bunch of 'em!
