Mine isn't as bad as that!! It dosen't make any noise, a couple of minutes to warm up and then it's pretty steady as long as I don't start playing more than 8 keys at once, and why would I want to? It just isn't likely to be in exactly the same tune the next time I switch it on nor at concert pitch. Yours does sound like it needs replacing.
