I have a Roland Vintage Keys module and a couple of Emu Vintage Keys modules and as I recall they both have the ARP string sounds. The Emu's are still around $300US but I have seen the Roland's on eBay fir $150US. I used to have an ARP String Ensemble and later on had the Freeman. They were a unique sound but I don't think I would want a dedicated keyboard for just that sound. They can be found for prices between 500 and 800 euro in Europe. I've also got an Eminent 1600 Orchestra (big home organ, which sounds great by the way) and it features more or less the same string ensemble as the Arp Solina. And this one costs between 0 and 150 euro here...
