I am sure that Markus is a skilled technician.  As a spokesperson, he can be irritating.  When promoting a product, it's never a good idea to slag another product.  It's in the Marketing 101 course, right after the section about coming up with a unique name for your product.  (Bwaahhaaahaaa!)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
